Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from regional Victoria, Australia via Australia Post. We offer a flat rate of $10 within Australian for standard shipping unless stated in the product description. We send our muslin rings bags and sticker seals by standard tracked letter (lower postage cost for you). If you would like express postage, you have the option to select to upgrade to express from the cart for an additional cost.
Shipping times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee any delivery timeframes of Australia Post. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Western Australia seems to take a lot longer then other states.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to LOVE your order. We give a lot of care and attention to every detail to make sure you receive exactly what you wanted. If you ever receive anything other than what you ordered or if you are not satisfied with your order in any way, contact us and we will try and make it right.
Due to the personalised nature of our business once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled or refunded after 2 hours of purchase. Refunds for products will only be given on personalised products if there is an error made by Sixpence Collection and a replacement can't be sent.
