  • Custom And Personalised Orders
    CUSTOM ORDERS: All details on custom orders will be discussed and must be paid for in full before production begins. Custom orders are non-refundable. PERSONALISED ORDERS: Items are personalised with names and/or wedding date as per listing description. Names and dates will be written exactly as described in the listing, so please read carefully. Personalised orders are non-refundable.
  • My items haven't arrived yet, when will they arrive?
    A tracking number is provided once sent. Visit the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au and enter the tracking number to see the status. I cannot see any more information then you can see here. Please read the shipping policy regarding shipping time.
  • I also live in Melbourne, can I pick up my order?
    Due to privacy and professional reasons, I only deal with online sales. Thanks for your understanding.
