My items haven't arrived yet, when will they arrive?

A tracking number is provided once sent. Visit the Australia Post website at www.auspost.com.au and enter the tracking number to see the status. I cannot see any more information then you can see here. Please read the shipping policy regarding shipping time.
I also live in Melbourne, can I pick up my order?
